Shipping Information
We aim to keep all our listed products in stock and dispatch completed orders in 1 working day.
We charge Postage and Packing on the total weight of Packages and these will be calculated during the checkout procedure once a shipping region has been selected. There is a minimum charge of £2.95, £4.50 and £5.95 for UK, European and Rest of World Postage & Packing respectively.

For all other countries not mentioned please select the Rest of the World (RoW) option

For packages up to 2kg we usually use the Royal Mail service, for larger packages we will use the parcel delivery service of our choice taking into account, the destination, value of contents and size etc. Please be aware that the majority of our packages may not be able to be delivered through a standard letterbox and therefore may require somebody to be present to receive delivery.

For all orders outside the UK that total in excess of 2kg we will contact you with the cost of shipping which will need to be settled before dispatch of your goods
We will notify you by email when your purchase has been dispatched. Please allow the appropriate the number of working days for delivery (please contact us, Royal Mail or the courier company (we will have advised) for estimated delivery days.

With effect from January 2013 in order to comply with international transport regulations we are unable to send packages by airmail which contain in excess of 1 litre of product. Orders greater than this will be sent in multiple packages.
Lost Packages
We follow the Royal Mail guidelines for lost packages. That is 15 Working days (Monday to Friday) for UK packages and 31 Working Days for International. Please contact us if your delivery has not been received by these times.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to return to us any goods for any reason within 7 days of receipt. We cannot however be responsible for your return postal costs. We will refund your full transaction cost upon receipt of the goods, we recommend that you use a trackable service. Refunds are subject to the goods being in resaleable condition and unopened.
Faulty Goods
All products are checked for quality before dispatch but in the unlikely situation where the goods arrive in a faulty condition please return them to us and we will immediately provide replacements or a full refund.
